In-Home Maternity Session In Deerfield, IL
This mom-to- be wanted flexibility in her maternity session. She wanted a variety of images to choose from with a combination of studio and lifestyle vibe. To carry out this goal, I suggested an in-home maternity session. We achieved the studio feel by using a plain neutral wall in the living room. It had a large window which was essential in creating light and airy images. We also created a moody and dramatic studio look by controlling the amount of light entering a closed room with heavy blackout blinds. Finally, we brought in a couch, took some pictures in the master bedroom and nursery to bring in the lifestyle imagery.
